      Cutover and Operational Test Plan: 9-1-1 trunk test, default route tests ALI failure/trunk failure/operator services.

      Disaster Recovery and Service Restoration Plan: E9-1-1 trunk group failure or 9-1-1 tandem failure, company switch isolation.

      Network Service Costs: Switch to 9-1-1 tandem facilities, interconnect company pass-through charges, database input system charges.

      Network Interface and Routing: Default PSAP for ANI/ALI failure, default ESN, 10-digit overflow number.
