Our Service Agreement program includes options for facility based, resale, wireless, dial zero/operators, telematics and specialized service providers to help them fulfill their requirements to the 9-1-1 community.

Service Deployment Plan: Service establishment date, NXX[s] serving 9-1-1 entity locations, type services provided, company switch location and type, tandem[s] connection[s] to location with trunk size group and NXX[s] sent, 9-1-1 database input to person receiving.

Escalation and Call Lists: Database and billing, network operations, network management center trouble reporting, installation and operations management, location general manager, 9-1-1 entity coordination.

Cutover and Operational Test Plan: 9-1-1 trunk test, default route tests ALI failure/trunk failure/operator services.

Disaster Recovery and Service Restoration Plan: E9-1-1 trunk group failure or 9-1-1 tandem failure, company switch isolation.

Network Service Costs: Switch to 9-1-1 tandem facilities, interconnect company pass-through charges, database input system charges.

Network Interface and Routing: Default PSAP for ANI/ALI failure, default ESN, 10-digit overflow number.

ILEC Confirmation Documentation: Overflow and defaults.
